The newest interpretation of the Washington State Workers Rights Manual, this app contains a comprehensive guide to federal, state, and local workplace rights in Washington. The manual opens phone numbers and weblinks to advocacy and enforcement resources in the devices telephone and web browser.

The app also contains a virtual timecard that allows users to track the hours they work, and the breaks they take, at one or more employers. The app uses the devices phone and GPS to add photographic and geolocation records to timecard entries and translates the users geolocation to a map interface.

Use case: Worker Joanna Smith suspects her employer is shorting her wages. She uses the search function in the app to search the manual quickly for information on "wage theft" and finds the law governing compensation and where to go to get help. Joanna keeps her own timecard records with the app. When she clocks in at work, she also clocks in on her mobile device with the app, takes a picture of the her employers time clock , and geolocates her record to show she was at the job site when she made the record. Over the course of a pay period, she can create an exact record of hours worked to help support her claim to recover her wages.
